Sorry you’re having such issues, Jamie, but this isn’t on my server so there’s not really anything I can do. Will try to print off myself. David

Could I ask just a few questions.

    1. Could I just check, I am sure that this is the case, that the handouts and slideshows are up to date. Do you recommend that I read these before each week?
2.I am planning to collect credits through the open courses and therefore would like to speak to you about advice on what extra I need to do in order to do this and woulsl be looking for recommendations on how to write and improve my essay writing skills.

The material is up to date, but I have changed the order of the course around this year, so the order is out. I’ll fix this this week. However, week 1 remains the same, if you want to get ahead. The handouts are intended to aid your memory afterwards, it is more important that you do the readings.

I’ll discuss “for credit” on thursday, and I’m happy to give you help with essay writing.

I apologise for not attending the course this week and last week. Unfortunately I was admitted into hospital with pneumonia. I intend to take your corse again when I am feeling better and things are less hectic. Thank you for the sessions I attended. It was well researched and informed teaching. I found the subject fascinating.

    Best Wishes
